At age 18, Scott Bishop accepted Christ as his Savior. In the years to follow, the Lord provided some of His key servants to mold his life in service for the Lord. His formal education was received at Piedmont Baptist College. Scott served as Youth Pastor at Marshall Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for ten years.

In the summer of 2013 the Lord led Scott to Swan Creek Baptist Church to serve as their Senior Pastor. His philosophy of ministry revolves around Christians seeing the power of God in their own lives and watching them experience the joy of the Lord as they submit themselves to Him.

 

He and his wife, Blair, have 4 children: Emma, Josiah, Silas, and Titus. Pastor Scott loves to date his wife and play with his children. They all enjoy times together hunting, fishing or ball of any kind.
